In 2023, Mick Fleetwood told the Los Angeles Times that Fleetwood Mac’s performing days are coming to a close. “I think right now, I truly think the line in the sand has been drawn with the loss of Chris (McVie),” Fleetwood explained. “I’d say we’re done, but then we’ve all said that before. It’s sort of unthinkable right now.”
In 2024, Stevie Nicks echoed a similar statement to Mojo. “Without Christine, no can do. There’s no chance of putting Fleetwood Mac back together in any way. Without her, it just couldn’t work.”
